Pajama Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible pajama sets within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, pajamas must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Custom Embroidered Pajamas

Because each embroidered pajama set is personalized specifically for you, all embroidered pajamas are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Skincare Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not been fulfilled can be cancelled. If tracking information has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
