Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method

You'll always see your shipping total before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee shipping times once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Earthie Dreamz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help where we can.
